WHERE EVERYBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME!
It is time to order a name badge if you desire a replacement or a new one. Each badge is $25.00. The FINAL DATE to order a badge for this year’s season is APRIL 11, 2025. Your payment must be delivered on or before that date. No late orders will be accepted. The order for all badges will be delivered at one time. The provider will make sure the badges are ready for delivery to FJYC prior to Clean-Up weekend. All new badges can be found in the clubhouse on the name badge board.
Each badge is plastic and engraved. The attachment is a quality magnet back or pin.
Please include the following with your payment:
Name to show on each badge ordered. ($25.00 each badge)
You have an option of including a second line under the name where you can list your boat or Member since XXXX, etc.
If you need a pin vs magnet back, so indicate in your request. You will automatically receive a magnet if no pin request is made. When submitting your order please print clearly the name for each badge. If a second line is requested, please clearly print the wording.
